Customer Support, Returns & Resolution Policy

Thank you for choosing Diesel Patriots. We specialize in performance diesel components and are committed to helping you select the correct parts and resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

Exhaust & DPF/CAT Sales – All Sales Final

•⁠  ⁠All sales of exhaust systems, DPF/CAT delete kits, and related components are final.
•⁠  ⁠No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these products under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations 

•⁠  ⁠Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or returned—even if it hasn’t shipped yet.
•⁠  ⁠Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Replacements for Defective Products

•⁠  ⁠We do not offer replacements or refunds for products damaged during installation.
•⁠  ⁠Replacements are only available for manufacturer defects in the following products:

EGR Delete Kit
DPF Delete Kit (excluding DPF/CAT components)
•⁠  ⁠You must request a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
•⁠  ⁠No replacements will be processed after the 30-day period.

Tuner Troubleshooting Refunds

•⁠  ⁠Some tuners may display error messages—this is normal and can often be resolved with help from our technicians.
•⁠  ⁠Error messages alone do not qualify for a refund.
•⁠  ⁠A refund will only be considered if our technicians determine that the issue is directly related to the tune and cannot be fixed.
•⁠  ⁠If the issue is due to mechanical or electrical problems with your truck, the tuner is non-refundable.

No Returns for Unused or Fully Functional Products

•⁠  ⁠Tuners that are fully functional and error-free are not eligible for return.

Situations Where Returns or Refunds Are Not Accepted

We cannot issue a refund or replacement if:

•⁠  ⁠The product was damaged during installation—we are not responsible for incorrect installation, mishandling, or modifications made by the customer.
•⁠  ⁠The product has been used, installed, or tampered with.
•⁠  ⁠Electrical components (including tuners) have been programmed or installed.
•⁠  ⁠You received all the correct parts in your order—once the correct parts are delivered, the order is final.
•⁠  ⁠The order was placed incorrectly by the customer—please review your order carefully before purchasing.
