After your purchase, you will receive a form that you have to fill out with the necessary info of your truck, like VIN, make, and year. This way, we can preload your custom tune on the device so you receive it already preloaded. You just have to plug it in, and you’re all set.

We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days to all U.S. states. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location.



You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier schedules or external factors beyond our control.

Our tunes are made in-house by people who have worked with Powerstroke. We build and support the tuning for your truck ourselves.

We build our tunes in-house, so we control the tuning costs. Different tunes and tuning adjustments are free with your tuning purchase.

How does tuning work?

Tuning involves adjusting your vehicle's engine control unit (ECU) to enhance performance, fuel efficiency, or other preferences. It can modify the way your engine performs by changing settings like fuel/air ratios, ignition timing, and turbo pressure.

For the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4 Power Stroke, this means a tune built around eliminating the dual DPF system and EGR cooler failure risk - the two emissions failure points that define the 6.4 ownership experience. No DEF system was fitted to 6.4 trucks, so no DEF delete is required.

What does the tuning device do?

The tuning device connects to your vehicle's OBD-II port and communicates with the ECU. It allows you to upload custom settings (or “tunes”) to adjust your engine's performance. These devices also allow for data logging, diagnostics, and monitoring of engine performance.

Transmission tuning for the TorqShift 5R110W is included. This tune optimizes shift points and line pressure specifically for the 5-speed automatic fitted to your 2008-2010 Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, or F-550 Super Duty, improving long-term reliability under towing conditions and resulting in better fuel economy.

With the shift-on-the-fly cable included in the bundle, you'll be able to switch between 5 power levels in real time.

Level 1- "Stock" No added HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.

Level 2: +50HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.

Level 3: +100HP. Ideal for daily driving and towing.

Level 4: +150HP. Ideal for performance applications.

Level 5: +180HP. Ideal for performance applications.

The kit is very easy to install. It usually takes about 4 to 8 hours, depending on how handy you are, but most of our customers do it themselves without any problem. We include clear, step-by-step instructions and give you all the help you need. If you have any questions, we’ll reply quickly so you can finish the job fast. The tuning device takes only about 4 minutes to install since it’s plug and play.
